It is an exclusive membership plan that saves you money on most comprehensive dental services and makes paying for dental care more affordable.
What are the benefits of the plan?
Your enrollment in the plan includes all exams, radiographs, photos, cleanings, and fluoride treatments for the year. We also extend a courtesy towards any additional treatment that you may require. Unlike insurance, there are no maximums, no waiting periods, no pre-existing condition exclusions, and no claim forms.
Who is it for?
The membership plan is for anyone who shares our philosophy for prevention and continued dental health as an important aspect of overall well-being. Made for those who do not carry any dental insurance.
What is the cost?
For new patients there is a $99 enrollment fee for the first visit, then a monthly membership fee after that. The annual fee can be paid all at one time or spread out on a monthly basis. It does require a 12-month commitment.
Adult Preventative Maintenance Plan
Who is it for?
